| As an original founder of The
Stephenz Group in 1981, Barbara has spearheaded the agency's vision, from
overall management and strategic focus to business development and client
advocacy. Barbara has established TSG as a key player in the high-technology
industry by ensuring its integrated marketing approach positions the agency as
a key partner in the success of its clients. She is an active member of the
American Association of Advertising Agencies and its Ivory forum group of CEOs,
the Greater San Jose Advertising Association and Silicon Valley Association of
Advertising Agencies.

President/Creative Director |

| As a co-founder, Stephanie has set
the standard of creative excellence for which the agency is renowned. In
overseeing the creative and production departments of the agency, Stephanie is
instrumental in ensuring that the end creative product meets all client
standards including branding, messaging and content. Her expertise in
developing highly successful campaigns has been recognized within the industry
with over one hundred awards.

| Barbara brings over 20 years of

clients. She has worked with Hewlett-Packard, Intermec, and Epson America in
the development of strategic marketing plans, company and product positioning,
messaging development and global brand rollouts. Barbara has a passion for
creative and ensures that the client’s visual and verbal brand is effectively
integrated across all marketing communications. |

| With in-depth knowledge of technology
marketing, Jan helps clients establish the core strategic business foundation
for all campaigns, media and marketing plans. She collaborates with agency

business objectives are met. Jan has created and managed marketing programs for
leading software, hardware, and technology companies including Epson America,
Applied Materials, and JavaSoft. |

servicing high tech, semiconductor and business-to-business accounts. Judie’s
stellar background, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit make her a great fit

manager, he has a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume of projects, and
directs the internal teams to ensure all projects meet objectives, budgets and

target audience. His experience encompasses semiconductor, OEM electronics,
e-commerce, and enterprise software industries. |
